Empowering Growth

Today, I wanted to share a personal milestone that embodies my commitment to personal growth and evolution.

I’m excited to announce that I have embarked on a new journey by commencing a post-graduate Diploma in Psychology at Edith Cowan University! This decision reflects my passion for understanding the human mind and behaviour, and my desire to contribute positively to the well-being of individuals and our society as a whole. This course will enrich and deepen the work I do at Mindful in Nature by adding a new layer of understanding and expertise through the practice of nature connection.

Personal growth has always been at the core of who I am. It’s the continuous process of learning, adapting, and becoming a better version of ourselves that truly defines our life’s purpose. Whether it’s acquiring new skills, exploring diverse perspectives, or challenging my own beliefs, I’ve found that growth lies at the intersection of curiosity and resilience.

Through my studies in psychology, I aim to delve deeper into the complexities of ecopsychology, gain insights into the factors that shape our thoughts and behaviours, and ultimately, help individuals lead happier and more fulfilling lives.

But personal growth isn’t limited to academia alone. It’s about embracing life’s experiences, both the ups and downs, as valuable lessons. It’s about seeking out mentors, engaging in meaningful conversations, and cultivating relationships that inspire us to grow.

Thank you to my incredible teachers, mentors and wider network for your unwavering support and encouragement. Here’s to the pursuit of knowledge, self-discovery, and the beautiful journey of personal evolution!

If you are on your own journey of growth and development, I’m here to provide coaching and mentoring support every step of the way!
