Climate Anxiety?

Climate anxiety, sometimes called eco-anxiety, is a natural response to the environmental and social challenges we face today. When thinking about climate change, biodiversity loss, or ecological destruction, you might feel grief, anger, overwhelm, or helplessness. These emotions are valid, real, and increasingly common.

Rather than pushing these feelings aside or forcing yourself to “stay positive,” climate anxiety coaching invites you to meet them with curiosity and compassion. It’s about honouring what’s true for you while rediscovering your values, resilience, and sense of purpose.
